Superstructure International Pty Ltd ("Superstructure") is an independent corporate consultancy based in Sydney. Superstructure focuses on opportunities in natural resources and companies primarily in the "small cap" bracket of A$20 million market capitalisation and below.

Founded in 2004, Superstructure has assisted companies to take advantage of capital markets, providing corporate advisory and ancillary services to assist its clients in developing their businesses and interacting with the market.

Superstructure's model is typically to provide investment from its own balance sheet and from associates, to provide executive and non-executive support where needed, and to introduce external talent where additional support is required.

The goal is always to assist a company to dramatically increase its market capitalisation and to break out of the small cap to a mid tier capitalisation (see Case Studies section).

While Superstructure offers a deep specialisation in the exploration mining sector, it has also worked in biotechnology, medical devices, marketing and advertising, consumer products and green technologies.

Superstructure's internal resource projects include Proto Resources & Investments Ltd (ASX:PRW), Global Nickel Investments Ltd (ASX:GNI) and Condor Blanco Mines Ltd (due to float on ASX in 4Q 2010).
